6. Where can I find a credit application and how do I submit it once it's been completed?
Credit Applications can be downloaded from the Forms page within the Support section of the site.
Once you have completed all sections of the credit application you'll need to either fax or mail the original signed copy to the nearest Technicolor Credit Office listed at the top of the form. Our credit offices are dedicated to providing fast reliable service, and you can expect to receive a response within two business days.
7. Where can I find a list of Technicolor sales contacts?
We know that our customers come to us with varying needs. That's why we've set up a personalized sales contact process that routes your information to the most appropriate salesperson at Technicolor.
Sales Contacts are located in the Support section of the site. Enter your contact information, select the services you are inquiring about, and click Submit. A new page will appear with your sales contact information.
8. Where can I find VHS/ CD/ DVD manufacturing specs and how do I sort through them to find what I need?
From the Support page click on Specifications. Select a region from the drop down menu, the format for which you need specifications, (European users may be asked to choose their preferred language for some format choices), and then click Submit. The results page will appear with a listing of specifications sorted by country, format and category (i.e. job instructions, label specifications, etc.).
9. Where can I find out more about Technicolor's IRMA and C-TPAT certifications?
The International Recording Media Association (IRMA) has established the world's first Anti-Piracy Certification/Compliance Program for the manufacture of CDs, DVDs and CD-ROMs. Technicolor is certified by IRMA as a manufacturer that complies with the anti-piracy system requirements for the manufacture of optical media. Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a program developed by the United States Customs Service as a result of growing concerns by government and business of the growing threat of terrorist activity involving the movement of freight into the U.S. Technicolor is currently an accepted C-TPAT partner.
10. What is the Technicolor Extranet and how can I access the Extranet?
The Technicolor Extranet is provided as an area for our customers to securely access their business information. Here they can make queries and view and download reports about various transactions such as placing & tracking orders, managing assets, and tracking inventory, to name a few.
Technicolor customers will be given passwords to gain access to the Extranet by clicking on the Extranet Sign In link at the top of any Technicolor.com page or on the Home Page Sign In at the bottom left-hand side of the Home Page.
If you are a Technicolor customer and have not been given a password, you may request one through the Access Request form which can be located from the Home Page or from the Extranet Sign In link at the top of any Technicolor.com page. Your request will be submitted to the appropriate management within Technicolor and within your company to determine your user rights. Once you have been approved, a password and information on how to use the Extranet will be provided to you.
