Alex Gascoigne

Colorist

Technicolor London Colorists

Alex has worked in London as a Colourist for 13 years, having worked across features, tv drama and documentary projects. He began his career in London after gaining a Masters in Film Production where he directed and photographed a number of 16mm film projects. He has a background in fine art and photography which combined with his passion for film, has informed his approach to his colour grading work. Alex has a strong technical background and gets involved in DI and drama projects at the early stages of production, helping to build colour pipelines. He has been heavily involved in developing Technicolor London’s HDR workflows and has delivered a number of talks on the subject at events in the UK.
