Technicolor India offers world-class design and production services in animation and visual effects for motion pictures and television broadcast productions. Technicolor has been operating in India since 2007 and is now a 950+ strong creative and technology services organization located in Bangalore. The India organization has three business divisions i.e. Digital Production, MPC and Digital Content Delivery. In addition, through Technicolor’s global strategic alliance with DreamWorks, a leading Hollywood company, Technicolor manages a Dedicated Production Unit consisting of over 200 world-class artists for DreamWorks in India.

Technicolor India is an award-winning animation and gaming hub serving high profile, industry leading Clients. The studio uses its bespoke pipeline to deliver prime time animation TV series and direct to DVD Film projects for Clients including Nickelodeon and DreamWorks. We are excited to have recently expanded our offer leading the charge into 3D Stereo film-making. Similarly, our gaming team is steadily growing in size working on games for all consoles and mobile devices.
MPC
MPC (The Moving Picture Company) is a world leading international brand creating visual effects for the Film and Advertising industries. With locations in London, Los Angeles, Vancouver and now Bangalore we are always on the look out for outstanding talent to work on projects such as the Harry Potter franchise, the recent Narnia movies and Advertising work in the form of TV Commercials and transmedia campaigns. MPC Bangalore is fully integrated into MPC’s global pipeline with artists picking up and working on shots with counterparts in all the other locations.
DreamWorks
Dedicated Unit
The DDU is DreamWorks' only non-US based studio and works on full-length animated feature projects such as ‘Merry Madagascar’ and ‘Scared Shrekless.’ A separate unit within Technicolor India; the team have worked closely with DreamWorks to create a seamless pipeline for shots and an approval system that allows for a straightforward Client approval process.

Delivery
Technicolor’s Digital Content Delivery business offers media services such as Compression and Authoring, Duplication and Distribution. These services support the digital creative business as per the rest of Technicolor india as well as service their own Clients. A strong in-house R&D team develop tools and technologies to enhance workflow management with the TDCD team aiming to help content creators and distributors across the film and Broadcast industries.
