Board of Directors’ powers and missions
The Board of Directors determines the Group’s strategic orientations based on a strategic framework presented by the general management. It examines all questions relating to the running of the Company, and deliberates on the matters relevant to it, subject to the powers explicitly attributed by the shareholders’ meetings.
