Voting/admission form - Download the form
- This form is the form mentioned in the leaflet “How to participate in the Meeting”. You can use this form to participate in the Meeting (by attending the Meeting in person, voting by mail or giving your proxy). Please read carefully the instructions contained in (i) the leaflet “How to participate in the Meeting”, and (ii) on both sides of the form. Please note that electronic voting is not allowed for this Meeting. The form must be printed, duly filled in and signed, and sent to Société Générale, the bank organizing the Meeting, as indicated in the leaflet “How to participate in the Meeting” (depending on whether you own registered or bearer shares).
- Caution: if you own bearer shares, the form must be sent together with the certificate of participation issued by the financial intermediary managing your share account. For this purpose, you are kindly requested to send the form to your financial intermediary, who will send it with the certificate of participation to Société Générale. If this document is missing, your vote will not be counted.
