On-Location 3D Services
In addition to our other premium on-location services, Technicolor also offers a broad range of on-location 3D services. Our 3D on-location services include calibrated viewing solutions that allow random access playback of high-resolution 2D and 3D dailies in resolutions from 1080P HD to full 2K.
Depending on your production needs, we can tailor an on-location package for you that includes calibrated 2D & 3D monitors as well as 2D & 3D projection systems. We also offer playback systems from traditional decks and servers to our own Dailies On Demand system.
On-Location with Dailies on Demand
- The Dailies on Demand system is operated from a graphical interface and images can be viewed on a wide range of displays. Dailies created from any Technicolor facility are available for viewing by simply plugging in a drive
- Delivery of dailies to a common location for high resolution random access viewing.
- Media is created during editorial creation – no need for additional encoding costs, and we use the same media that we send to your editor
- HD playback of dailies on monitor or projector, with sound.
- Custom playlist capability.
- All dailies are kept online for comparison during entire shoot.
- Avid bin can be loaded so Dailies on Demand server doubles as a preview station for edited cuts
