John Claude




John has over 20 years' experience in the industry. He began at Midnight Transfer, and grew to become a company director, overseeing the company change from small facility that offered dailies to clients such as Warner Bros and LucasFilm, to a mid-size facility in the centre of Soho. When the facility built DI grading suites at the turn of the millennium, John began to grade feature films.

In 2011, John moved to Pepper Post Production and completed several DI feature productions as well as expanding into TV drama grading - credits included 'Luther' Series 1 and Series 2 with Directors such as Sam Miller, and the Marc Evans Feature Film 'Patagonia'.

Following this John decided to fly solo and became a Freelance Colourist and worked on a diverse number of projects. John has worked with some of the most acclaimed British directors and his film credits include Kenneth Branagh's 'The Magic Flute' and 'Sleuth' and Mike Leigh's 'Another Year' and 'Happy Go Lucky'. Further Feature Credits include 'Pek Yakinda' shot in Istanbul, 'Northern Soul' by Director Elaine Constantine and 'Under the Skin' by Director Jonathan Glazer. His recent Broadcast credits include 'Him and Her' and 'Jamaica Inn'.
