Emmy Award for Technicolor Sound

On September 15th, Technicolor took home the Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Sound Editing for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special for our work on American Horror Story: Asylum, “Welcome to Briarcliff,” FX Networks.

“My team and I were extremely excited when we received the Emmy nomination this year for American Horror Story.  It was such an honor, especially considering the other nominees we were up against.  I was so happy and proud that all their hard work was recognized by the Television Academy and their peers.  We're all still coming down off the win!” said Supervising Sound Editor Gary Megregian.

Technicolor & American Horror Story:

Since the show’s inception Technicolor has been providing outstanding sound services for the series. Welcome to Briarcliff" is the first episode of the second season in the anthology television series American Horror Story, which premiered on October 17, 2012 on the cable network FX. In its original airing, the episode was watched by 3.85 million viewers, the largest audience of the franchise thus far.
