Technicolor @ Apps World 2013 in London

Technicolor will give a keynote on “The Services of Things: Unleash the potential of Connected Life applications” on Oct 23 at 11:40 am.

Over the last few years, technologies have transformed our lives into truly connected environments relying on digital content and services via connected objects. As people get more and more comfortable with these usages, new challenges are emerging - such as Smart Homes – and how to create meaningful and interconnected services, integrating the home entertainment experience with broadcast, OTT and interactive/contextual services both at home and on the go.

In order to overcome these challenges, networks of intelligent devices must turn into intelligent networks of devices : this is what we call the Services of Things. Objects communicating and sharing information, content and status with each other whatever the ecosystems they belong to, to deliver intelligent and ambient operations that really are the future of the Connected Life, and will create new value added services, new business models.
