Paris (France) & Hollywood (California) – December 15, 2010 – Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH; NYSE: TCH) announces that Chicago’s latest production is available in the new lossless compression format by Technicolor and the Fraunhofer Institute, mp3 HD.

¡Exitos!, an adaptation of Chicago’s greatest hits performed by the New York Latin All-Starts in Spanish with Latin rhythms, can be downloaded in Mp3 HD from the band’s online store.

Mp3 HD is the latest development in music compression by Technicolor and the Fraunhofer Institute, co-inventors of the ubiquitous mp3 format.

Mp3 HD provides lossless compression of audio material and maintains compatibility with mp3 players. The sound quality of Mp3 HD is the same a CD while the portability is like an Mp3. Mp3 HD can be implemented in all services and devices that currently use mp3. The Mp3HD software toolkit can be downloaded from www.all4mp3.com
