Technicolor Receives Emmy® Award for Outstanding Sound Mixing on Glee

PARIS, France & HOLLYWOOD, Calif., – (August 31, 2010) – Technicolor (Euronext Paris : FR0010918292 ; NYSE : TCH) today announced that two of its re-recording mixers have won the 2010 Creative Arts Emmys, the U.S. television industry’s most prestigious award, for Outstanding Sound Mixing for a One-hour Comedy or Drama Series. Technicolor’s Joseph H. Earle and Doug Andham were selected by their peers to receive an Emmy Award for their work on Fox’s Glee – The Power of Madonna. The awards are part of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards.

In tribute to the depth of the passion and professionalism of the members of Technicolor’s Sound Services Team, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences also recognized Technicolor with two additional Emmy Award nominations: Outstanding Sound Editing for a Series for HBO’s True Blood -- Beyond Here Lies Nothin', and Outstanding Sound Mixing for a One-hour Comedy or Drama Series for Showtime’s Dexter – Hello Dexter Morgan.

Nominees for Emmy Awards in various categories are selected by more than 15,000 members of the U.S. Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, a nonprofit organization devoted to the advancement of telecommunication arts and sciences and to fostering creative leadership in the telecommunication industry.  Each member casts a ballot for the category of competition in their field of expertise. As a symbol of peer recognition, the nominations are a tribute to the desire and ability of Technicolor people to tune themselves to the artistic needs and vision underlying each TV production project.
