VR Still Has ‘Long Way to Go,’ But Strides Being Made Quickly

Technicolor’s Marcie Jastrow was recently tapped to speak at the Virtual Reality Games & Entertainment Extravaganza, the first of its kind online conference dedicated to all aspects of VR. As SVP of Immersive Media and Head of the Technicolor Experience Center, Jastrow deals with the challenges of this burgeoning market headset-on – and she’s bringing partners into the fold at the TEC. As she says, no one company is going to build the ecosystem for VR alone: everybody must come together and bring their specific expertise and creativity to the process and to the technology that surrounds it.
