Anne Boyle

Senior Colorist

Technicolor Vancouver Colorists

Anne Boyle was appointed Senior Colorist at Technicolor in 2014. An artist in her own right, Boyle has forged an international career that has taken her from Dublin to Amsterdam and Bangkok to Vancouver, where she’s collaborated with leading directors and cinematographers to execute their unique vision.

Coming from a photography background, Boyle started her education in the camera department and began to shoot short films and documentaries. Inspired by new developments in technology, she changed course and won a placement at the UK’s National Film and Television School (NFTS) seeking to become a colorist, and working with digital intermediate solutions that were just becoming available.

Boyle had early hands-on experience with Film Light platforms and is considered a “Power-user” on a Baselight X. She has collaborated with acclaimed cinematographers Jean-Marie Dreujou and Hayk Kirakosyan and directing legend Jean-Jacques Annaud.  Boyle color graded the beloved film The Little Prince and the recent streaming projects Messiah, The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair, and The Princess Switch: Switched Again.
