What's new:

Paper on real time and frame accurate detection of semi-transparent logos submitted to ICME’2012 conference.

Short Bio:

I studied Physics and Signal Processing at the University. In 1997, I received an academic Master’s degree from Rennes University. I prepared a PhD in Signal Processing at INRIA Rennes on scalable video coding and defended it in 2000. I joined the Technicolor Research & Innovation Center in 2002 as a researcher. Located in Rennes, France, I started working in the video compression domain. Actually I am working on video processing technologies. Prior to Technicolor, I worked at Philips Research (2000 – 2002) as a researcher in video coding technologies. I am author or co-author of papers and I am holding several patents.

Research interests:

Image & Video Processing , Computer Vision, Video Coding,
In particular, for 2011/12:

  • motion estimation, tracking and object recognition
  • image/video editing including inpainting, stitching, cloning

But I am curious and my research interests are on almost anything related to image and video processing…
