Technicolor and the WEPs

Technicolor endorses the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) from UN WOMEN.

Beyond its commitment to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), Technicolor endorses the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) from UN Women, and promotes gender parity and women’s empowerment in the business, including principles and goals such as increased ratio of women in business and leadership roles, equal pay for work of equal value, gender-responsive supply chain practices, and zero tolerance against sexual harassment in the workplace.

Please read the public statement of our CEO Richard Moat:
At Technicolor we understand the importance of diverse insights and experiences, and for that diversity to be reflected in our employee and leadership teams. Women’s contributions to business, both at Technicolor and throughout our strategic partnerships, are fundamental to all our success. We are committed to empowering women from across the globe to thrive and achieve their professional goals, and we are dedicated to putting this commitment into further action. We support the Women's Empowerment Principles as an outward demonstration of our efforts to improve our gender balance and as a transparent commitment to raise the bar on gender parity throughout the Company. The Principles are a call to action to seek out and remove barriers that stifle success and are a sign of accountability to make good on our commitment to provide a level playing field for all.

Richard Moat,
Chief Executive Officer of Technicolor
