Technicolor has renewed its contract with Public Sénat, the French Senate TV channel
Paris (France), 11 May 2011 - Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH) has renewed its contract with Public Sénat, the French Senate TV channel. With this deal, which includes production and postproduction services as well as maintenance, Technicolor confirms its role as a key technology partner for Public Sénat content distribution management. Public Sénat is available on terrestrial digital television as well as IPTV networks, web and mobile.
As part of the agreement, Technicolor will continue to operate on site with its highly qualified staff, who will also help guide future developments at Public Sénat. This three year contract renewal proves the trusted business relationship between Technicolor and Public Sénat after 10 years of close collaboration.
Thanks to its Services to Content Distributors – broadcast playout, live production management and media asset management – Technicolor today serves 320 broadcast networks worldwide.
