Technicolor Showcases Innovative Connected Home Solutions at CCBN

​The China Content Broadcasting Network Exhibition (CCBN 2014) was held from March 20 to 22 in Beijing at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC).
The China Content Broadcasting Network Exhibition (CCBN 2014) was held from March 20 to 22 in Beijing at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC). CCBN is the largest broadcasting technology and equipment fair in the Asia-Pacific region. CCBN is also the key venue where Chinese and foreign broadcast industry companies meet and exchange ideas. Our participation in the show has helped us to better position ourselves as one of the future key actors in the major evolution to come in the Cable market in China and in other areas of the Asia Pacific Region.
 
During the event, Technicolor brilliantly demonstrated our innovative solutions and showcased our latest range of cable modems, gateways and set-top boxes to a large number of customers (Hangzhou Wasu, Guangdong Cable, Beijing Gehua, Shenyang Cable, Guangxi Cable, Henan Cable, etc.) partners and suppliers (Broadcom, Cameo, Mitrastar and Foxconn, etc.). Technicolor’s All-IP solution, a solution architecture with all the necessary system devices to transform a legacy cable network into an all IP system, was also on show. Thanks to this solution, operators can deliver the best advanced IP services, such as IPTV, VoD, OTT videos, video calling features and multi-screen support as well as Android technology capabilities. In addition, attendees were able to discover Wifi Doctor, an advanced Qeo application, and also Technicolor’s next-generation smart home solutions to deliver new services that enhance the digital lifestyle.
 
At the keynote session held on March 21, Yu Jinfei, Solution Architect /Technical Director, shared Technicolor’s expertise regarding our All-IP based triple play and mutli-screen solutions.
