Pierre Rousseau is a researcher at Technicolor Research & Innovation. He received a MSc degree from the University Joseph Fourier and INPG of Grenoble in 2004. In 2007, he was awarded a PhD in computer graphics from the University of Limoges, where he investigated real-time rain rendering and simulation. In 2008, he joined Lumiscaphe in Bordeaux, where he researched and developed photorealistic real-time rendering and virtual reality for CAD applications. He integrated Technicolor in Rennes in 2017 to work on computer graphics and mixed reality research. Research interests:

  • Real-time photorealistic rendering
  • Physically based material models
  • Lighting simulation
  • Virtual and Augmented Reality
  • 3D reconstruction
  • GPU computing

Basically, everything related to computer graphics & vision.
