Richard has been working as a Re-recording Mixer at Technicolor for over 10 years. He joined after graduating from the prestigious ‘Tonmeister’ course at the University of Surrey in 2003 having spent a placement year at Technicolor as part of his degree.

Richard has worked his way up through assistant mixer roles and currently holds the position of Senior Re-recording Mixer. Learning his trade primarily assisting current Head of Sound, Gareth Bull and foreign versioning for Warner Bros and Paramount, he broadened his horizons to mix high end TV dramas such as ‘Poirot’, ‘Marple’ and ‘Lewis’ and original features such as ‘Salmon Fishing in the Yemen’ and ‘Comes a Bright Day’.

He works at both our Pinewood and Lexington sites. His spare time is mostly taken up with musical pursuits, playing trumpet and cornet in various bands.
