VENICE FILM FESTIVAL: August 28 through September 7, 2019
At 76, the Venice Film Festival is the oldest film festival in the world – and still one of the most prestigious, often the first stop toward Academy Award recognition. Last year’s Golden Lion Award, the festival’s highest honor, went to Alfonso Cuaron’s Roma, which went on to receive ten Oscar nominations and three wins. Among the highly anticipated features in competition this year are James Gray’s space epic Ad Astra, starring Brad Pitt, with VFX by Technicolor’s MPC Film and MR. X; and Robert Guédiguian’s family drama Gloria Mundi, with VFX and Post-Production by Technicolor’s Mikros.
CANNES FILM FESTIVAL: May 14 through May 25, 2019

Technicolor’s Mikros is honored to have worked on multiple Cannes Film Festival selections this year.
